I purchased the PC Messaging small card and I'm trying to install it but under hunt group 7 there is no 78 or 79. I'm using an Partner R1 ACS 308EC.

Thanks...

I believe you have to upgrade to ACS r2 for the PVM card to be recognized.

It requires an ACS R1.1 or higher. If you have a R1.0.0 you have to do a CPU swap to upgrade. If you have a R1.0.1 or higher you can upgrade by flash.

just rumming though some old threads ,in partner pcmi card small mail ,4 boxes the stations are 86 & 87 for hunt group 7 ,another way to find is go to hunt group #505 put in station 10 ,then go backwards (prev item)

PCMI Release 1 is station 86 & 87
Release 3 is station 78 & 79

"PCMI Release 1 is station 86 & 87
Release 3 is station 78 & 79"

Check that again - 86 and 87 are not in the dial plan for a Partner. The "virtual" extensions for Partner Voice Messaging (PC Card mail, no matter what the release) are 78 and 79.
