PC - TV Tuner Performance on Monitor

I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a good PC-TV tuner card. I bought a LifeVideo and it sucks. I can't believe they have the nerve to even put it on the market.

Are all the PC-TV tuner cards bad at full screen or are there actually cards out there that really do look like a TV

da onlie ones i have seen are ati.... and i have da ati all in wonder radeon..... at first its a piece of crap.. buh wen you know how to work it its reallie good. its very clear and near tv quality *you can never expect da tv tuner to be as good as a tv*. it even allows you to capture in dvd quality *if you have a fast processor, i cudnt do it on a amd 900 w/o dropping frames. now i can do it on 1900XP w/ 512 2100 ddr ram.* well if u onlie want to watch tv.... i wud suggest ati. i think its pretty good. my gf has da ati tv tuner card. i dun dink its dat expensive, buh from wuh i saw 2 days ago it was pretty good.
