Since installing Panda Platinum Internet Security, my pc (ME)automatically dialled my internet connection. When I disconnected it would reconnect after a short time.
I disabled the 'dial automatically' option and now, although the dial up menu appears I can decide whether or not to go on line. However, if I am away from my PC and do nothing I get an error message (something to do with NAV*** - I can't remember what)
Is there a way of only dialling a connection when I want to, or only when I access Outlook Express or Internet Explorer?

Many thanks,

Terry

Did you have any other Antivirus package on the machine before you installed Panda? The NAV message sounds as though you may have had Norton on there.

Thanks for responding.
Yes, I did have Norton Anti virus on previously. Have you any suggestions?

Regenerate the "NAV*** - I can't remember what"...
Bits and pieces of info do not help.
