pc SPEAKER HAS DISAPPEARED

HP Laptop, windows 11
my internal speakers have disappeared. I can connect with no issues to my ear buds, but the internal speakers no longer exist??

Looked in Device Manager? Tried updating drivers? Any Windows Updates lately?

Have a model of that HP laptop?
