PC Softphone Voice Quality

I'am running IP 406 V2 / 3.1.65, PhoneManager 3.1.15.
When I use the pc softphone on the local lan to the IP Ofc. I am getting garbled voice after about 20 seconds. I hear the garbled voice the other user hears me fine.This happens only on the PC softphone. If anyone has any input it will be greatly appreciated, Thanks in Advanced!!!
I'am using a IBM laptop with a Gig of Ram and a 1.6 mobile processor, with a Logitech USB headphone.

upgrade your PM to the latest as well. This solves many problems!
