PC Server 330 8640-ESS (POST Activity Indicator ON)

This server has been on the shelf for over a year. Powered it up a couple of days ago and everything was running fine. Powered it OFF.

Powered ON this morning and the POST Activity Indicator comes ON. No beeps. Nothing displayed on Monitor - Light on monitor is Amber instead of green. Put in a Floppy - Rebooted - Floppy not accessed - same problem. Swapped monitors - same problem. Put in a new video card and changed jumper J25. Powered on and now Security Indicator stays ON as well as POST Activity Indicator. Manual says "have the system serviced".

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a faulty Processor or Voltage Regulator. I agree with the Service Guide, Get the system serviced.
