I have a user that is running Windows XP Pro on thier PC.
They are having and issue with the PrintSpool process.
When attempting to create a PDF with Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Professional the printspool process keeps getting stuck and in order to finish creating the PDF I have to kill the PrintSpool110 process.

Any suggestions as to why the process keeps getting stuck or how to correct the issue are greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

You may want to look at the amount of Real Memory. WinXP SP2 needs more than 256 MB to be effective.
