Symposium Web Client – having a problem on one user’s PC only: when he clicks on “Data Range” in Historical Reporting, he gets an error message reading “Object does not support this property or method: ‘ReportsForm.DailyDPTDateFrom.Enabled” If he clicks on “Run Now” he doesn’t get the report, just a pop up screen with a red X.

He’s using Internet Explorer 6 (the only browser they are ‘officially’ allowed to use), and all the security settings for trusted sites are kosher. Problem goes away when he uses another PC. Anyone have experience with this particular problem? Thanks.

have the user not log into the network (domain) if possible and login to the local machine only and try it.

I've ran into this several times and found that it was the domain login script for users causing the problem.
