PC Pro for NEC UX 5000

We have a client who has dumped their NEC dealer and are asking us to make some changes to their UX5000 before we help them we wanted to backup the config. Look like we need PC Pro desktop application to accomplish this task. Can anyone help me source that app?

PC pro , unfortunately is only available to NEC BP/dealer or cert tech .

You can back it up to a flash drive in the processor.

Thanks for the info. I have read that there is a version of PC Pro that may break the config on a UX5000 if you use it to restore. Can someone tell me what version will not break a UX5000?

There is an older v 3 from askemergent on the net . We only use SV8100 so can't verify if it work with your particular release .
