Pc port on cisco ip phone

Dear All;

I have ciso callmanger 4.1,the problem is when I connect the PC from port on the phone,the internet and ethrnet speed will be slow,but when connect the PC directly to the switch port the speed will be good.

what can I do to solve this problem ,If there any setting on swith or phone ...pls tell me

What model of switch are you connecting to?
What are the settings on the switchport for the speed and duplex? Auto negotiate or hard coded?
