Pc Messanging Card

The old ACS3.0 with the lavendar/pinkish Mail card, which i believe is the oldest vmail pcmcia card. The problem is that the adminstrator lost his p/w to change the main greeting. Avaya is to charge to reset this? Does anyone know the reset or default p/w? I tried 0# 9996, 9997, 9991.

Please Help.

I have been told log in as 0# and pswd: CLER# works. It may wipe the card to factory defaults but I am not sure.
