PC Messaging Keeps resetting to previous settings 1

I have a customer who purchased (used on ebay)a PTR ACS R3.0 with PCVM (large). Two strange things:
[1] There was no B/Up card only a DXD and a PCVM card included.
The ACS system will not back-up the settings (The display reads "Insert valid card".
[2] The PCVM keeps going back to former owners settings.
This after I reinitialized all of the mailboxes.
Also , when I re-program the PCVM settings one of the mailboxes (station 10, MB #1) keeps saying it is full.

You have to do a reset on the pcvm card. You'll need a backup card or remote access card to back up the system.

As above, you will need to buy a backup card to save your programming.

To reset the PCVM:

1 - Login to mailbox 0
2 - Dial 9998925327 to reset the PCVM to factory defaults.
