PC Mail Large AA change

Customer has an ACS R6 w/ a PC Mail Large card as their VM. If I'm onsite, I can dial into the mail, enter 0#, 1234# and change the AA greeting no prob. What I need to know is it possible to dial in from the outside and log into the admin mailbox to change the AA if they are out of the office? I tried this myself, and when I transfered my call to 0, it just gives me the general mailbox.

When you reach the auto attendant, press *7 to log into voice mail, then continue as if on site.
