pc mail and remote call fwd

I have installed 3 r-7 proc. with pc mail small with remote call fwd with a night button for the AA. All 3 have the same trouble. when the night button is used and someone calls the AA. They hear the AA but when they try to press any ext. number the AA plays again . they can not leave a mess. Also if I am on prem. and I press night button,then try to make a icm call to an other ext. vm ,the mess. is there but I do not lite the mess.lite.
If I take off the f-11 feature, then everything is OK.
Can anyone help with this problem.

What extension are you forwarding? What numberis it forwarding to? If you lift that handset and dial the number as it is saved in feature 80, does the call go through?

Are there selector codes set as anything in the AA?

Is this a new voicemail or an old one?
