ACS R7, PC Large voicemail. The AA greeting plays, then appears to transfer them to the Receptionist greeting after the timeout time, at which point they can leave a voicemail. What do I change so they can leave a message right after the AA greeting?

PC Large Voicemail - AA Greeting, Then Transfer to 10. How to Leave a Message at the AA Greeting?

You can't. The auto-attendant greeting isn't a mailbox. If you want to leave a message after the greeting plays, change the programming to send the calls to x10's voicemail box instead of the AA. Change #206, #208 to steer the calls directly to x10 after the # of rings designated.
