PC Inspector issue-Error Finding Run

I am trying to use PC Inspector-File Recovery on a WinXP system to recover some files that were deleted by mistake. I can get to the screen where I select the Logical Drive. When I click on OK I get "Error Finding Run!" FindRun: %d. The company that released the program do not support it since it is Freeware. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. If this was not the correct thread to post this in, please accept my appologies.
