PC> Monitor Issue

I tried severl different monitors and outlets, my monitor, does not turn on? I hear the pc, turn on, fan, and powe supply kick in, NO monitor shows up, it does not even look like it picks it up, and recgonizes it.

I tried following:
Replaced AGP display monitor card.
Tried different Power Supplys.

No such luck, what does this sound like, motherboard fried, any suggestions?
