PC Console on Definity

I have a problem on a Definity that has a PC Console installed. When the operator tries to transfer to v-mail extension 229, the operator gets "you have selected an invalid option" and returns the call back to the operator. The operator can transfer all other calls this way to v-mail, though all the other extensions are in the 3XX range. Extension 229 has a v-mail box on an Intuity system and can get and retrieve v-mail messages, other than through the PC Concole. Has anyone ever had this problem?
