Has anyone else had this problem with the PC Console Attendant software?
The software will work fine for a few months, then all of a sudden freeze and not allow calls to be transferred. When this happens, you can still access other windows programs on the PC and you can still exit the program.
Restarting the program and rebooting the PC do not fix the problem. The only thing that fixes it is to re-install PC Console.
The software uses an Access 97 database it populates with station information and caller ID records. This database can be compacted, but it does not help. When the program is re-installed it rebuilds the database with no call records.
