Hi,
I have PC Cillin setup on a box that I have running Windows 2000. I have this system connected to an internal private IP network and also connecting to a ADSL modem through the same NIC. i therefore have the NIC setup with two IP addresses one for the public and one for the private networks.
Eg. Private 192.168.10.1 255.255.0.0
Public 65.202.1.1 255.255.255.240
This is all working perfectly so I can use the ADSL modem to connect back to the Internet and also browse the private network. However once I enable the personal firewall on PC Cillin I cannot connect to any of the public IP's. I cannot ping the public IP address of my ADSL modem, etc. i can still ping the private network with no problems.
I therefore tried setting the firewall to allow all IP addresses in and out on all ports and it still does not allow me to browse the web.
I know this is long a probably confusing. It's not a standard setup but I was hoping someone out there might know what I would need to do to get this going.
Thanks in advance.
