pc attendant problem

hi:

i have CS1K rls 7.5 with 8 pc atendant consoles in windows XP Computers. All the consoles present a queue of 3 call waiting in the Software pc console in all 8 pcs when all operator all idle. i try reseting the digital ports, reseting the PCs, reseting the console fisically but the message of 3 call waiting persist. Some idea how i can reset queue to 0?
