PC attendant console ?

Hello,

How to get incoming calls on a nortel PC attendant console to roll up to the next loop key ?
Below is a brief description of what happens to an incoming call.
1. Console is idle 1st call comes in, loop key 0 indicates the incoming call the indicator flashes green.
2. Second call comes in Buzz is heard call waiting appears on screen. Operator has to place the call on hold, press release then take the second incoming call.

What i would like to happen to the incoming call.
1. Call comes in to idle console loop key 0 indicates.
2. Second call comes in and loop key 1 indicates the incoming call.

Sorry, that can't be done. The attendant needs to release the current call before another call will be presented to a loop key.

i understand, it would have been cool if it was as simple as just disabling the call waiting queue. Since we never have more than five calls at a time.
