PC attendant console interface unit

hey guys,

i have a PC attendant console interface unit. When i plug in the DB-25 mulitpair connector at the back, the led indecator at the front of the unit keeps blinking from green to red. The power fail line is set to off position.The programming of the console is fine if i plug in the 2250 unit it works fine.

Also the attendant program on the PC keeps blinking busy but nothing is connected to it, even if i restart the PC.

Anyone hav any ideas on how to troubleshoot this ?

Or is the PC interface unit shot ?
