pc Anywhere Web Remote Connection Issue

I am trying to use the PC Anywhere web remote to connect thought my Universities wired system. I fire up the the Client and then I get the follow message "Certificate not accepted, appley disabled" in both areas to enter an IP address. Any thoughts on this or work arounds or do I just need to go to the ITS dept.?
