PC*anywhere - Want Desktop but only get File Transfer

Hi, As the thread says, I only get File transfer functionality when I connect up and not full desktop.

The user has not got "Blank PC screen after connection" enabled.

At time of writing I am not 100 per cent sure of version, but I know its post 8.

Anybody any ideas what may be limiting what I see, and how to change it.

There is a check mark option on your end in the properties of the host you use to connect for file transfer mode only. Purpose of that is so you can dial in and not effect the customers desktop. Make sure it is unchecked.
