I am trying to set up remote access to a PC using symantec pcanywhere via a telephone dial-up connection through a partner acs r6 system with a voice mail card. I currently have two phone lines one of which also carries my DSL connection.
I have tried to assign the computer an extension and then transfer to that extension via the autoattendant prompt.
So far I am having no success. Is it possible to do this through the partner acs system or do I need to have a dedicated phone line outside the partner acs box.
Suggestions or advice appreciated.
