pc anywhere 12.0 password not working

2 of us use the pc anywhere to connect to the host computer at work. we use the same log in passwords. neithe rof us changed the password but when we go to log in we are told the log in or password is invalid.....

anyone know how to fix?

Go into the host computer at work and reset the password to something else and make sure you are using the correct user name.
