PC ANYHERE Version 11.x Modem as device not there

We just started using pcanywhere version 11.x. When I try and create a new host the only options are spx,netbios and tcp/ip. Nothing about my modem. The modem is installed and windows sees it fine. Any ideas?

I ended up deinstalling PC Anywhere and even though it does not ask you to I rebooted. I renstalled and now it sees the modem.
