PC Admin 7.0.0.9 Will Not Connect Under XP

After waiting, and waiting, and waiting for a new version I see they came out with 7.0.0.9 in June I think it was...my problem was that though the computer connected fine via modem under Windows ME it would connect to the modem but not establish a session under XP. Well I thought 7.0.0.9 might have solved that but no luck. Port speed set to 19200 or 38400. There has got to be a way to make this thing work, all my computers running 98 are getting to be so old and unreliable that I don't know how much longer I can continue this way....

I tried external modems with Windows Xp and no luck. I wish I could try an old version od thye PC Admin software. Anyone still have a oldie?

you need to set your modem speed to 1200 baud rate
