Patch 10301 prevents: SYSTEM CLOCK RUNNING 4 SECONDS TOO FAST EACH DAY
Problem:
Customer is complaining that the system clock is running too fast - about 4 seconds a day. Customer relies on the displays of the sets for the time of the day. Customer tried to adjust time in overlay 2 by the command "SDTA", which made no difference.
Setup and duplication method
Duplicated on customer site and was unable to stop clock from advancing 4 seconds a day. Reseated CP cards still no difference. Upgraded software still no difference. The customer is setting the time and date from the ATOMIC clock.
Expected results
For customer not to have to adjust time and date.
Actual results
System clock running to fast.
