SDTA
TIME ADJUSTMENTS
tdta 0 100 0 negative 1 positive
would be 60 seconds.. the book does say 100 ms
so tdta 0 50
would be 30 seconds

Set daily time adjustment
The time of day can be adjusted during the midnight routines to
compensate for a fast or slow system clock.
To print the current adjustment: TDTA X y
To set the adjustment: SDTA X y -- X Y

Legend
x = 0 (negative increment) or 1 (positive increment)
y = 0-25 second adjustment in increments of 100 ms

This may help below.

Patch 10301..... for 22.46 and 23.47.

Patch 10301 prevents: SYSTEM CLOCK RUNNING 4 SECONDS TOO FAST EACH DAY
Problem:
Customer is complaining that the system clock is running too fast - about 4 seconds a day. Customer relies on the displays of the sets for the time of the day. Customer tried to adjust time in overlay 2 by the command "SDTA", which made no difference.

Setup and duplication method
Duplicated on customer site and was unable to stop clock from advancing 4 seconds a day. Reseated CP cards still no difference. Upgraded software still no difference. The customer is setting the time and date from the ATOMIC clock.

Expected results
For customer not to have to adjust time and date.
Actual results
System clock running to fast.

All the best
