One of our call centers with Option 61 use phantom extensions for the agents. When an agent logs into Symposium, Symposium takes control as long as Personal (Phantom) DN are programmed in Symposium. Which means the agent can move to any phone and calls will follow. If the agent isn't logged in, calls go to voicemail.
The other call center with an Option 81 is being set up the same way. ACD phones and phantom extension are programmed the same as the ones is the Option 61 but will not ring at the phone that the agent logs into. It goes straight to voicemail. Any help would be grateful.
