Hi,
One of our customers has our telephony system linked via DPNSS to an MD110. Following an upgrade of the MD110 the leading zero had been stripped from CLIs of calls passed to our system. The leading zero was also stripped from the CLI displayed on the customer's digital handsets.
The engineer who performed the upgrade has been able to re-configure the MD110 to display the leading zero on the handsets, but maintains their is no way to include the leading zero for the calls to our system over the DPNSS link.
Could anyone confirm if this is actually the case, and if not would you have any information that could be passed on to explain how this could be done. I'm afraid that as we are not the PBX maintainers I have no access to logs or configuration information.
Many Thanks!
