I m using a panasonic tes 824 pbx connected to 16 telephone ( not ip telephones ) and i want to control all their features with a Free software with an easy interface ... i tried to check panasonic but didnt know if their software is for selling or for free for i couldnt download it or find purchase button

thanks in advance

You need to be a Panasonic dealer to download

I wouldn't call it easy either

Best to call out a tech, spend the hour or 2wirh them and call it a day

is there another program that can do the same job ?

I haven't worked with the Panasonic Systems, but my experience with other systems is that each manufacture has it's own propriety software and have to guess that finding "other software" is going to be unlikely.

there is no other software

its the vendors way of making sure people who dont know what they are doing arent messing around and breaking things :)

ok , does anyone know a site that i download from ..

you need to be a panasonic dealer

there is a login you need to download which is only given to dealers

like i said... spend the hour with a tech... they will load it onto your pc and show you how to use it.

It will be worth it in the long run

In the U.S, the TA-824 is an end user product and the software is not "dealer only".

YMMV

What part of US did you miss? My TA drivers in the Win7 folder, both 32 and 64 bit have telUS as the first part of the file name.

Not likely they would work.

I just Found TES software in 2 sec with google .....

cwc3 .. yoour right ... i installed the software .. installed the driver .. connected the pbx with a usb cable .. now when i try to connect its just freezes the pcs and hangs for long time .... what could cause that ?

i m using windows xp

also i get this error ...

cannot open usb port ( 00CB3502H )

What does the device manager say when you plug the USB cable into the box?

It says it Cannot open the USB port because there isn't a USB port to find. It either hates your drivers or they are not liking the installation. Try nuking the drivers and start over. Also, perhaps compatibility to XP would make it work better.
