PBX Loses Settings Until Probable Reboot

Hi,

My partner and I have taken over support of a NEC IPK. Today's exciting issue is that it seems to forget it's access code to dial LD codes. The former vendor "did something remotely, but it happens all the time." We suspect the former vendor simply rebooted the PBX.

Can anyone out there point me toward a solution to this problem?

Sounds like you need to change/or add a new password to keep renegade phone men out first..lol
