I cannot see PBX icon under device manager after successfully installing the PBX KX-TES824 Console in compatible mode (Windows 7) on windows 10 so that I can follow these steps to update the usb driver to access the PBX interface.
1. Go to Control Panel and open Device Manager.
2. Find the device that your are trying to install a driver(PBX 824 Icon)
3. Right click the device and select properties.
4. Select Driver tab, then click the Update Driver button.
5. Choose Browse my computer for driver software.
6. Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer
7. Browse for the .inf driver file. Open and Next.
8. The driver will be installed.
This PBX is already running but I reset my windows 10 and when I tried to reinstall the driver does not appear under device manager. I am now locked as it generates USB cannot open error?
Any help, will be appreciated.
