PBX - callpilot voiceports

Hello,

I would like to change the voiceport TNBs ncos from 0 to 1 to allow local calling in callpilot. IE. RV Dn to a local cellphone. The RPLs are set up but I believe the ncos is still preventing this to happen.

Can somebody explain the steps to change the ncos because the TNBs are set up as ACD and are acquired. Do I have to de-acquire first in ld 48 then make the change on each TNB then start the voicemport in callpilot? I would appreciate the steps.
