PBX Call Tarifficator

Has anyone had experience with PBX Call Tarifficator? At $280 the price seems to be right, but I have not found anyone who has actually used the product.

We are a one location, small non-profit and have "inherited" a Merlin Legend system with Avaya CAS. The Avaya CAS seems rather user unfriendly and doesn't seem to allow rate updates and so on.
