PBR issue and Access-list

Hello,

We have successfully implemented a PBR access-list, however I would like that on the access-list that they communicate over our internal dns first then when not available to communicate over the internet dns.

I am now sure how to do this with access-list; existing one goes only to internet

access-list 101 permit udp any any eq domain
