pbo7360.dll 05/14/1999 Version

Can anybody tell me or show me a site where I can find info about the differences in:
pbo7360.dll 05/14/1999 newer version (PB 6.5.1, I think)
pbo7360.dll ../../1998 older Version (PB 6.0)

I know that in the older version you cannot perform an RPC across database links. I need to be able to perform this RPC call but I want to make sure that it will not break my other stuff just because I swapped these two dlls.

Is there any reason why you cannot upgrade entirely to 6.5.1? I remember this being a more stable product than 6.0
