Hi, I've been copy/pasting to get XP versions of a number of bitmaps. (for example the save bitmap)
Now I've got the bitmaps (.gif) and I want to use on the toolbar. However powerbuilder tries to convert them to 3D and in doing so screws up the look of the bitmap.

(If I take a picturecontrol and set the Map3dColor checkbox I get the same result.)

Is there a way around this? Some "secret" setting unknown to me??

I have not tried this but there is a feature of PB9 where you can created XML based manifests to control an applications look. This is detailed in 'Powerbuild 9: Advanced Client/Server Development' by Armstrong & Brown starting on page 145.
