PB9 Connection to a Borland(Paradox) database

My PB app makes a connection to a Borland(Paradox) database (5.x) using the ODBC driver odbcjt32.dll. Evertyhing works fine on my development machine but when I try to distribute it to a production machine it cannot make a connection to the database. I have distributed the following two files odbcjt32.dll & odbcji32.dll into the c:\windows\system32 directory on the production machine. I have also updated the registry identical to the development machine. Is there any other files that need to be there to make the connection.

Any help would be appreciated.
