Two questions for Powerbuilder10:
I try to read lines (FileReadEx) from a file and display them in a datawindow. The file contains some Korean.

NAD+SE+1388500146++ì¥?ì-˜ì „ì„ (주)냥아공장:ì-¬êµ¬ìž?:LG004+경기ë?„ ì•„ëƒ
¥ì‹œ ë?™ì•ˆêµ¬:호계ë?™ 452:135-709'
PAI+::2AD'
1) The file is identified as a utf8 document bij the thirst 3 characters. The RFF and NAD line ( which runs to ì•„ëƒ ) display nicely, but the folling line is interpreted as a empty line for some reason. The last line is displayed again.
2) If the document doesn't contain  as first characters, it doesn't seem to recognise a EOF. I'm I missing something, or am I just trying to use the function illigaly or wrong?
