PB resource Networker So how to set debbug

I have many messages in daemon.log like this
nsrd SYSTEM error: can not open resource database file "/nsr/res/nsrdb/06/0391021f46e9491791f80da7".
I have already set files descriptor SOLARIS to 4096.
During backup I ues max 2516 files descriptor.
I don't know where found.
So , is some body who know , how set networker in debug mode and set also the level debug mode

This points to the fact that the configuration file should be locked when you backup your NetWorker drive. These files shall only be backed up when NW creates the bootstrap. There should be no lock because these are textfiles.

I think restarting the NW daemons will already cure the problem.
