Pb on Aix 4.1.5

I have 2 shiva's routers between the city A and the city B.
The datebase (Informix) is stored on a IBM computer (city A).
When a doc. is printing (city B) to a printer (city B), this doc. stay in the queue.
When a doc. is printing (city A) to a printer (city B), all is ok.

Can you help me.
