Pb: CTI Route point ring busy

Hello!

im using a CTI Route point trought JTAPI.
i think my CTI RP is well registered (register(caps, ...))... but when i call it, he always is in busy state!

i have a strange trace in "CCM_install"/trace/CTI/:
"deviceStateChangedNotify-Alerting State received but filter is off" and i can't have access to the offering/alerting events...

sounds familiar to someone here?
