PB 7.0.3 applications on network drive - Slow window opening !!!

We have several Powerbuilder applications that reside on an NT server. Since upgraded from 6.5 -> 7.03, they seem to run very slowly ( opening a window from another window takes 5 seconds ). When the application is stored on and run from the local PC drive, performance is ok. In PB 6.5 performance is about the same from network or PC drive. Why do they run so much slower in PB 7 ? Is there a fix to restore the 6.5 performance ?
