pb 12 and clearcase

we just upgraded to pb12 and use rational clearcase as our
source control provider. i notice when we open a pbl not all
of the source control icons are correct. some objects have a
plus next to them even though they are under source control.
we also cannot check these objects out through powerbuilder.
need to check them out in clearcase then refresh the pbl
status. thanks for your help
