PB 12.5 Classic Web Service - Select Parameter Prompt Box

While consuming web service using Web Service datasource, I get error "Invalid Parameter list" in Select Parameter[OUT,IN/OUT,RET]dialog box. For some web service, it works.

Please let me know why we get this error message for web services.
