Paytronix w/Micros

Has anyone configured Paytronix Loyalty Birthday program lately?
Loyalty program for points and initial free flauta is working however Birthday reward does not show when looking up account or rewards.
Paytronix is really no help- they had me correct the object number in POSConfig of the Birthday Reward to match the pxconfig.cfg.
Wouldn't provide any test numbers and said that should resolve.
