Hi all.... I would like to know if there is a simple solution to my probelm....

What would the eaiest way to have a Dbase calculate back 7 days IE Sunday to Sunday and calculate if a person would recieve overtime in this seven days.... Overtime is anything after 60 hrs worked in the 7 day period. I would like it to show the daily, weekly and total the monthly. I use Excell to do this right now... but can I get a Dbase to do the same??

anything you can do in excell you can do in access. explaining the whole process would take use a litle bit to far

but you will need the datediff function to caculate the difference

if i can help further just ask

but go ahead and begin by creating a table with the hours
